Google places a slightly greater weighting on words within your body text that are bolded. This is an area where common sense is advised. You must take into account the useability of your website users. The last thing they are going to want to see is an overuse of bold text. As per abuse of the H1 style, if your entire text is bolded, it will be regarded as less important by Google.
